Spans two weeks. Each column spans one week. Calculations assume that the week starts on a Monday.
Dates and starting times are listed horizontally for each day.
User must fill in start date and daily start times.
Timesheet requires approver's initials in order to calculate approved hours.
Areas with a blue background are automatically calculated in the spreadsheet version (dates, start times, total hours, etc.)
